 Please join us for an informed discussion of proxy season compensation disclosure matters and participate with us in a roundtable discussion of other compensation issues, including recent tax law developments in this important area. We intend at this event to discuss the following topics:

• Compensation disclosure trends that developed over the course of 2007, including disclosure of performance compensation and change of control benefits
• The SEC's "hot button" issues as they review compensation disclosure this year 
• Trends in equity grant processes following the the options "back-dating" investigations of the past couple of years
