The London office opened in early 2007 in response to client demand in Europe for Heller Ehrman’s problem-solving, business-minded approach to legal services. The office is a combination of Heller Ehrman home grown talent and established London teams.  Our European group offers dynamic local knowledge backed by the quality and experience our clients know we provide.

Existing clients can expect to find the same high level of service in our London office as in our 13 other offices worldwide. New clients will benefit from our world-leading emerging company and technology corporate practice, and our extensive global experience in real estate financing. Our EU/UK Competition practice has substantial experience in clearing the way for multi-jurisdictional mergers and acquisitions as well as managing cartel enforcement and dominant firm conduct cases.
